All Sales Are Final
Due to the consumable nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds once an order has been shipped.
Hot sauce is a perishable food product. Once a bottle leaves our facility, we cannot guarantee it has been stored properly, so we are unable to accept returns or resell returned items.
Damaged or Defective Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, we will make it right. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we'll provide a replacement or full refund.
Please include:
- Your order number
- Photos of the damaged or incorrect item(s)
- A brief description of the issue

Refund Processing
For approved claims (damaged, defective, or wrong items), refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
