Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

Free on orders over $75
$5.00 flat rate for orders under $75

Express Shipping (1-3 business days)

$15.00 flat rate

We ship via USPS and UPS, depending on your location and order size.

Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with tracking information. You can also track your order through your account page.

Shipping Restrictions

Currently, we ship to addresses within the United States only. International shipping coming soon!

Packaging

We take care to package your hot sauce securely to prevent breakage during transit. All bottles are individually wrapped and cushioned.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged or doesn't arrive at all, please contact us at hello@1971hook.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We'll work with the carrier to resolve the issue and get you a replacement.
