What ingredients do you use?
All 1971 Hook sauces are made with just three core ingredients: fresh peppers, white vinegar, and salt. That's it.

What's the shelf life?
Unopened: 2 years. Opened: 6 months (refrigerated) for best quality.

Where are your peppers from?
We source primarily from Hudson Valley farms in New York, working directly with local growers.

Do you offer different heat levels?
Yes! We have options ranging from mild (everyday heat) to extra hot (for heat seekers).

Can I use 1971 Hook in cooking?
