Do you accept returns?
No. Due to the consumable nature of our products, all sales are final. Hot sauce is a perishable food item and we cannot accept returns for health and safety reasons.
What if my order arrives damaged?
Contact us at [email protected] within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund — no questions asked.
What if I received the wrong item?
Email us right away with a photo of what you received and your order number. We'll ship the correct item immediately.
Can I get a refund if I don't like the flavor?
Because hot sauce is a consumable product, we cannot offer refunds based on taste preference. We encourage you to check the product descriptions and heat level information before ordering.
Can I exchange for a different product?
We do not offer exchanges. If you'd like to try a different sauce, you're welcome to place a new order.
My bottle arrived leaking. What should I do?
That's covered under our damaged goods policy. Email us at [email protected] with photos within 48 hours and we'll send a replacement.
How long do refunds take for damaged items?
Once approved, refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.
