What is your return policy?
You have 30 days from delivery to request a return or refund.

Can I return opened bottles?
Due to food safety regulations, opened bottles cannot be returned. However, if you have quality concerns about an opened product, please contact us - we want to make it right.

How do I start a return?
Email hello@1971hook.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll respond within 24-48 hours with instructions.

Who pays for return shipping?

  • Damaged/defective products: We cover shipping
  • Other returns: Customer pays return shipping

How long do refunds take?
Once we receive your return, refunds are processed within 5-10 business days to your original payment method.

Can I exchange for a different product?
Yes! Let us know what you'd like instead and we'll arrange an exchange.

What if I received the wrong item?
Contact us immediately with a photo of what you received. We'll send the correct item and arrange return of the incorrect one at no cost to you.

My bottle arrived broken. What do I do?
Take photos of the damage and email them to us. We'll send a replacement right away.
