The Founder

Our founder grew up in the Hudson Valley with a love for bold flavors and a respect for quality ingredients. After years of experimenting with homemade hot sauces and gathering feedback from friends and family, 1971 Hook was born.

The vision was simple: create a hot sauce that lets the peppers shine without unnecessary ingredients or artificial additives.
