How much does shipping cost?

Standard shipping: $5 flat rate (free on orders over $75)
Express shipping: $15 flat rate

How long does shipping take?

Standard: 3-7 business days
Express: 1-3 business days

Do you ship internationally?
Not yet, but we're working on it! Currently, we ship within the United States only.

Can I change my shipping address after ordering?
Contact us immediately at [email protected]. If the order hasn't shipped, we can update the address. Once shipped, address changes aren't possible.

My tracking hasn't updated in days. What should I do?
Tracking updates can sometimes lag behind actual package movement, especially during peak seasons. If there's no movement after 5 business days, contact us and we'll investigate.

Can I pick up my order locally?
We occasionally offer local pickup in the Hudson Valley area. Contact us to arrange.

Do you offer expedited shipping?
Yes! Express shipping (1-3 business days) is available for $15.

What happens if my package is lost or damaged?
Contact us within 7 days of expected delivery. We'll work with the carrier and send a replacement if needed.
