Our Policy
All sales are final. Due to the consumable nature of hot sauce, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges.
Damaged or Defective Orders
If your order arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, we want to fix it. Here's what to do:
Step 1: Contact Us
Email [email protected] within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Photo(s) of the damaged or incorrect item
- A brief description of the issue
Step 2: We'll Respond
We respond within 24–48 hours with next steps. In most cases, we'll ship a replacement immediately.
Step 3: Resolution
- Damaged/defective: Replacement or full refund (your choice)
- Wrong item: Correct item shipped at no cost
- Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method
Why No Returns?
Hot sauce is a consumable food product. Once a bottle has left our facility, we have no way to verify how it was stored or handled, so we cannot resell returned products. This policy allows us to guarantee the quality and safety of every bottle we ship.
