Start a Return
Ready to return an item? Here's how:
Step 1: Contact Us

- Your order number
- Which item(s) you want to return
- Reason for return
- Photos if the item is damaged
Step 2: Wait for Confirmation
We'll respond within 24-48 hours with:
- Return authorization
- Shipping instructions
- Prepaid label (if applicable)
Step 3: Ship Your Return
- Package items securely
- Include a copy of your order confirmation
- Drop off at the designated carrier
Step 4: Receive Your Refund
Once we receive your return, refunds are processed within 5-10 business days.

- Condition: Unopened bottles only (food safety)
