- Go to Order History
- Click on your order
- View tracking information
Method 3: Carrier Website
Use your tracking number on the carrier's website:
- USPS: usps.com
- UPS: ups.com
Tracking Not Working?
Just shipped?
Tracking updates may take 24-48 hours to appear after shipping.
No updates for days?
During peak seasons, tracking can lag. If no movement after 5 business days, contact us.
Can't find your email?
Check your spam folder. Still can't find it? Log in to your account or contact us.
Order Status Meanings
- Processing - We're preparing your order
- Shipped - On its way to you
- In Transit - Moving through the carrier network
- Out for Delivery - Arriving today
- Delivered - Left at your address
